But these ultrasounds can be a little difficult to comprehend if you don't know what you're looking at. So I spent some time in Photoshop... some tweaking of the channels, levels, curves, saturation, brightness and contrast produced this improved image:

Whatever it is they are doing and my guess is extreme kick boxing (no rules kind with all poking,jabbing and kicking allowed) I'd say the sibling rivalry has already begun.
