Sunday night was a big one for Zoe... her first taste of food from a spoon. Mom mixed up a little rice cereal and stripped baby girl down to her diaper in anticipation of some spills. She wasn't quite sure what to do with the goop once it hit her lips, but instinct eventually took over and she swallowed it.
The outcome was typical, I assume. More ended up on her chin and chest than in her belly. And each swallow was preceeded by a crinkled face strikingly similar to the face Sonja makes when she eats fish.
Of course, it was all captured on video. Twelve minutes that we'll forever find riveting and everyone we force to watch will find repetitive. The eighth spoonful is probably quite similar to the first spoonful.
Still, we'll rent copies for $5.99 a pop. Rice cereal ain't cheap.

Oh, and just wait til she decides to do "raspberrys" whilst eating. That's always a hoot!! Y'all might want to invest in some mommy/daddy bibs as well.
But I'll tell you what...don't get no better than this!
